Seriously one of the best matcha's I've had! I need to know what brand you guys use please ice cream was very delicious as well!

I love it here the gelato is great! They have many different flavors as well. The ambiance is also pretty good and it's clean inside. The service was 50/50 it depends who's working. Sometimes, the person behind the register is angry with you.

The pistachio flavor is so nutty and delicious. I just left this place and forgot to take a picture before I started digging into it. 10/10 definitely recommend get a scoop or two, maybe even three.

The gelato here is really stellar and the service is super friendly. I got a passionfruit chocolate and had them add their expresso to it and it was amazing. The expresso is really tasty. The two together was again, stellar. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the mall.

The kindest workers and GREAT coffee! Stopped here for a quick bite with my boyfriend in September and we were pleasantly surprised with the caramel latte! We asked them to make it sweeter and they were very kind about it and did a great job! The ice cream was creamy and delicious, not too sweet which as an asian, I am saying as a compliment! Check in on Yelp for 20% off!! I didn't see this unfortunately before coming here. To be fair I did not learn of this place through Yelp, I was shopping at the UTC mall (it had been like 5 years since I had last visited and a lot has changed since then) and just encountered this place organically while walking around. I was craving a sweet treat, and was suckered into getting gelato with its signs saying it's healthier than ice cream (looking at you Salt and Straw lol). They had so many interesting flavors but I'm a bit of a plain Jane so when I saw they had a panna cotta flavor, I sampled that and knew right away I wanted a whole scoop of it. It's a very good vanilla/milky flavor! Overall very happy customer :) would recommend!

I wish I saw the Yelp check in offer when I ordered this gelato and not a week later I don't have much to say--we came on a Saturday night and there wasn't much of a wait. There was one or two parties ahead of us. It's a cute little shop, but there's not much seating. Doesn't seem like a big deal since it's in UTC anyway. A single scoop was actually pretty large. While the gelato was pretty good, I've had better. I feel like it was lacking something in richness.

Located next to the AMC theatre at UTC mall. Parking is free for 2 hours. The store sign is really hard to see and the store itself is pretty dark as well so it isn't really noticeable. Their gelato is super flavorful and thick in texture! The pistachio was very nutty, banana tasted like banana and went well with the amoretto. The waffle cone was nice and crunchy even though we went around 7:30pm. We also got their ice coffee which was great: strong in flavor and not too acidic. If you have your restaurant.com certificate, it will be easy to use here. Just pull it up on your phone and the staff won't give you a hard time using it. Service was quick and portions were big. A great dessert stop after your meal.

Bottega Italiana is a UTC staple when it comes to providing solid scoops of freshly made gelato. They've been here as long as I can remember and they've always been consistently good in quality and service. Definitely recommend! Also, check-in via Yelp for a discount!
